*Likes: hunting, animals, turning guys into jackalopes
*Dislikes: men, losing a hunt, not being the best
*Strengths: hunting skills, immortality
*Weaknesses: maidens, her hunters
*Habits/Quirks: She has to have an even number of bows in her quiver
*Fears: Causing the downfall of Olympus
*Secrets: She had fallen in love at one point
*Fatal Flaw: N/A
*Overall Personality: Artemis cares deeply for maidens, as they are her kin. She has a group of female Hunters who she leads. She mostly detests men, and has little respect or liking of them. Artemis is an excellent hunter, but does have pity on her prey so she seeks to kill quickly. She shows no pity for her hunters if they break their oath. Though she holds a deep prejudice against men, she is typically reasonable and willing to acknowledge them if they prove their worth and also appears to have mellowed in her level of distaste for other men.
Artemis is also a rather independent and rebellious goddess. Since she spends so much time with her hunters, she has a strong understanding of mortals, especially compared to the other gods. Artemis has two sides of her, the fierce and lively Goddess of the Hunt and the mysterious and serene Goddess of the Moon. She chooses to be a virgin and by doing so, swears off men. Often seeming cold towards them. She likes to turn men into jackalopes or stags. She prides herself on the hunt and being the best archer.

*Birthplace: Delos
*Hometown: Olympus
*Mother: Leto
*Father: Zeus
*Siblings: Apollo; half siblings: Athena, Aphrodite, Hermes, Ares and Dionysus
*Significant Other: NONE
*Children: no
*Other important people: none
*Pets: several hunting wolves, and stags to pull her chariot
*Overall History: Lady Artemis was born on the island of Delos. Her mother, Leto, had been roaming around because Hera told everyone not give Leto a place to stay for her birth because she was mad about Zeus having affairs with Leto and impregnating her. Hera had forbidden Leto from giving birth on any main land or island. But the island of Delos was a floating island, so Leto gave birth there. Artemis was born before her brother Apollo was so she aided her mother in giving birth to him, thus making her become considered the goddess of childbirth despite her being the goddess of virgins as well.
At three, Artemis went to Zeus and asked him to grant her a wish. He loved his daughter, and was of course, very proud of her. She was his second daughter and a bright and pretty child, so he agreed to grant her wish. She wish was to remain a virgin for all of time, and never to be married. She then asked for stags to pull her chariot, and nymphs for her hunting companions. She then asked for a silver bow like her brother Apollo's golden one. He granted her wish, and then said that would let her take back her wish to stay a virgin as well as her wish to never be married if she wanted. Only once did Artemis almost break her virgin oath. That was with Orion . They slowly grew close together. Apollo, being protective of her oath, tricked her into shooting a moving target in the water, which was actually Orion's head, killing him instantly. Artemis then made Orion a constellation in the sky and retaliated by killing Apollo's love at the time.
Artemis helped in the rescue of Percy, Thalia, and Nico and sent them to the camp with her hunters while she left on a hunt. When on a quest to find the goddess she was imprisoned by Atlas to hold up the sky after taking the weight from Annabeth because she couldn't allow a maiden to suffer like that. She fought Atlas toe to toe and with the help of Percy, imprisoned him back to hold up the sky.
She left not long after that to build up her number of hunters in preparation of another titan war. When Typhon was released on the world she helped battle him, trying to keep him away from Olympus while sending her hunters to defend Manhattan with the demigods from camp half blood. Since the battle was waged, Artemis has lost many hunters and is now trying to build her numbers back up and prevent the great stirring from happening again.

The world was quiet. The darkness was everywhere. Artemis stood in a small clearing with forest surrounding her like a giant wood wall. The silver bow that was a gift from her father was in her hand, an arrow notched and ready to fire. To normal human ears there wasn't a sound, not even an owl. Next to her small frame stood a wolf of a silver color. It's muzzle was pulled back into a snarl as it emitted a growl that would rattle a corpse's bones. There was something stirring in the darkness, and the shadows where anything but quiet.
Artemis remembered the discussion with Thalia as she had sent her and the other remaining hunters to camp. They needed numbers, needed to become a stronger force. Artemis knew that the world wouldn't stay at peace for long. Wars were always being waged, people were always dying. Thalia had pled to accompany her on her journey. They all remembered what had happened with Atlas, but Artemis had grown smarter and wouldn't allow herself to be fooled so easily. Although they had protested, the hunters journeyed to Camp Half-Blood leaving Artemis with only this single wolf. The hunters wouldn't disobey the maiden goddess even if they didn't agree with her decision. They had sworn to protect her, but they had also sworn that they would obey her as well. This was something Artemis needed to do on her own. She needed to ensure her hunters' safety while keeping them from learning of her mistake.
The grief and horror she felt when she learned of her mistake had plagued her in her moments of solitude in her tent as well as her dreams. The thought of her being the reason that Olympus could fall made her sick to her stomach. So that left her needing to act. She had to right this wrong. So now she stood with this single wolf ready to fight the monsters that were quickly surrounding her. She wondered for a brief moment if someone would come to her aid. But she knew the answer was more than likely no. No one knew where she was to her knowledge. So she prepared herself for battle.
